A special section was dedicated to Anka Bilim Koleji in the October 2026 issue of PROFIL, published by the German Association of Philologists (Deutscher Philologenverband – DPhV), with a circulation of more than 50,000 copies.

In the article written by Rolf Kneiling, Anka Bilim Koleji was presented as a model school for its 100% success rate in DSD examinations, its educational approach combining the IB and DSD programmes, its modern campus, and the strong educational ties it has developed with Germany.

Through a special collaboration between Anka Bilim Koleji and Türk Telekom, a new pathway is being created for young athletes to progress toward professional development in basketball.

The primary goal of Türk Telekom Anka Bilim Basketball Club is to develop young athletes in a structured and professional training environment, prepare players for the Türk Telekom basketball youth system, and help students pursue their basketball dreams with stronger and more confident steps.

The youth teams to be formed following the tryouts will hold regular team practices throughout the season, prepare for league competitions, and compete in official matches. In this way, athletes will gain not only training experience, but also an understanding of team culture, competitive environments, and real match experience.

Thanks to this special collaboration, students will have the opportunity to train with Türk Telekom coaches, become familiar with professional basketball culture at an early age, and advance to higher levels in their basketball careers in line with their performance.

The new season tryouts for athletes born between 2011 and 2017 will be held on Sunday, 27 September 2026, from 11:00 to 14:00, at the Anka Bilim Koleji Sports Hall, under the supervision of Türk Telekom coaches.

Team training will begin on Monday, 28 September. The teams will continue their regular training sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

At Anka Bilim Koleji, we aim not only to support our students’ dreams, but also to create real opportunities and strong development pathways that will help them achieve those dreams.
