Now We’re at the Top of Europe!

Anka Bilim Koleji ranked 18th in Europe in the Great Place To Work® 2026 Best Small & Medium Workplaces™ in Europe list.

The list was created based on feedback about workplace experiences from more than 1.5 million employees across Europe and includes only 100 workplaces. Four workplaces from Türkiye made the list, with Anka Bilim Koleji achieving the highest ranking among the Turkish workplaces.

Workplaces from Türkiye included in the list:

1. Anka Bilim Koleji
2. Codeway
3. Türkiye Wealth Fund Management
4. Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye

After previously being ranked 2nd in Türkiye and 1st in Anatolia, placing 18th in Europe is an important indication that the culture of trust, solidarity, fairness and belonging we have built together is also being recognized on an international scale.

Achieving the highest ranking among the workplaces from Türkiye on the list is not only a source of great happiness for us, but also a very valuable source of pride in representing our country in Europe.

This achievement is the result of the collective effort of all our colleagues who make Anka Bilim what it is every single day.

This victory belongs to all of us.
