Anka Science College offers an educational and working environment that creates value not only for its students but also for all its stakeholders, with a corporate culture built on the values of trust, respect, and belonging.

Our selection as 2nd in Turkey in the employee count category and 1st in the "Best Employers in Anatolia" list, in an evaluation conducted by the international independent organization Great Place to Work, reflects this understanding.

At our school, we aim to provide the best conditions not only for our students but also for all our employees.

We embody the rewards of hard work, commitment, and dedication with these national awards. Because we believe in the power of being more than just a school; we believe in the power of being a large family where hard work, commitment, and trust are valued.
