http://www.ankabilim.k12.tr/post/lise-mun-ogrenci-kulubu>From the MUN club Ten of our students, accompanied by their MUN guidance counselor Yıldız Türkmen, attended the IMUNA 2023 conference held at the Murmellius Gymnasium in Alkmaar, the Netherlands, from June 9-11, 2023. Approximately 450 students from different cultures attended this conference, representing Romania, Cameroon, and Pakistan.

Over four days, 12 committees discussed global issues and proposed solutions, just like the United Nations General Assembly. Throughout the event, our students, in these committees where the primary language was English, developed both their language and social skills, approaching global issues with a keen awareness of them through the lens of other countries. Our students successfully represented our school.
